Uploading Images, Videos, or Music:

• You must ensure that any music, videos, or photographs you upload are properly licensed for use on the Casa website. Casa reserves the right to remove any content involved in a licensing dispute until the matter is resolved.

IP Content License:

• By posting IP content on Casa, you grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free license to use the content. This license ends when you delete your content or account, unless shared with others who have not deleted it. Deleted content may persist in backups for a reasonable time.

Limitation of Liability:

• Casa, its proprietors, agents, and employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from site access or use. In jurisdictions where such exclusions are not permitted, they shall be amended as necessary. Casa’s liability, if any, is limited to amounts paid to Casa in connection with the events leading to such liability.

Rights to Terminate Use:

Ownership of Site and Copyrights:

• The Casa website is Casa’s property. Content on the site may not be copied, reproduced, sold, or distributed without prior written consent, except by users for their own content.

Jurisdiction:

• These terms are governed by Indian law and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, New Delhi, India.
